These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of fine-art photographic prints sold by LAB-P through the online print store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Artwork & Editions
All works offered for sale are limited-edition fine-art photographic prints. Each artwork forms part of a single edition of 25 prints across all sizes combined and is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity. The Certificate of Authenticity will be issued separately to the delivery of the print
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full before any work is released for fulfilment.
Availability
All works are subject to availability. Once an edition is sold out, no further prints of that image will be produced. Placing an order does not guarantee availability until confirmed.
Production and Fulfilment
Prints are produced using professional fine-art printing processes. Production times may vary and estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Shipping and Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to the collector upon delivery. In the event of damage during transit, please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Intellectual Property
All images, content, and materials on this website remain the intellectual property of the individual artist. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. LAB-P is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operates. Any disputes will be subject to those laws.
Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
