Refund policy


This policy applies to all fine-art photographic prints sold by LAB-P through the online print store. It reflects the nature of limited-edition artworks and is intended to ensure fairness to all galleries and collectors.

Limited Edition Works
All works are sold as limited-edition fine-art prints, produced in strictly limited quantities. Each print forms part of a single edition of 25 and is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This includes returns based on personal preference, suitability, or aesthetic considerations. Collectors are encouraged to review all images and descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Prints
If a print arrives damaged or faulty, notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photographs of the damage and packaging may be requested. Where damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, the work will be repaired or replaced with another print from the same edition, subject to availability. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Returns Process
Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition. The collector is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned work has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Certificate of Authenticity
Returns will not be accepted without the original Certificate of Authenticity. Certificates of Authenticity are issued once only and cannot be replaced.
